5 · Execution Cadence§ Cycle notes
Agricultural import cycle
A standard regional grain import runs on a four-day operational cycle from counterparty confirmation to cargo released at a Zimbabwean port of entry — origin loading and inspection, corridor transit, border clearance, and delivery to the buyer's nominated receiving point.
Mineral export cycle
Every mineral shipment is cleared per-cargo through the Minerals Marketing Corporation of Zimbabwe. Assay and tonnage are declared before loading, the sales contract is registered, and an MMCZ export permit is issued shipment by shipment.

- Mineral exports
- MMCZ (Minerals Marketing Corporation of Zimbabwe) — export permits issued per shipment; assay and tonnage declared; sales contracts registered.
- Agricultural imports

- Exchange control
- RBZ (Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe) — CD1 forms on export proceeds; import forex authorisations through RBZ-authorised dealers.
- Labour & statutory
- NSSA-registered; statutory contributions current; operating under Zimbabwean labour law.
- Counterparty screening
- KYC and UBO file on every counterparty; sanctions screening against OFAC, HM Treasury, EU consolidated list and UN Security Council; PEP and adverse-media via commercial provider; periodic re-screening over the life of the relationship.
