We source from audited producers — typically South African and EU plants operating ISO 22000 and HACCP-certified facilities — and contract on Certificate of Analysis with retained samples. Every lot arrives with a dated batch declaration, plant traceability and microbiological clearance.
Dairy powder imports into Zimbabwe move under Ministry of Health food-safety requirements and Zimbabwe Dairy Services registration for certain end-uses. AYCAS handles the documentary side end-to-end: Import permits where required, health certificates from origin, batch documentation, and ZIMRA import declarations. Temperature-sensitive product (particularly AMF) is routed on shortest-transit lanes with container-level temperature logging.
Packaging is typically 25 kg bags for FCMP and SMP; AMF ships in 200 kg drums or flexitanks for volume users; whey powder is handled in 25 kg bags or bulk bags depending on grade.
Full Cream Milk Powder (FCMP, also referred to as Whole Milk Powder) is the baseline ingredient for reconstituted liquid milk, UHT production, long-life dairy drinks, chocolate manufacturing and bakery premixes. We contract regular-heat, medium-heat or high-heat grades to buyer specification.
Skim Milk Powder (also Non-Fat Dry Milk, NFDM) is a core ingredient for yoghurt makers, ice-cream plants, confectionery manufacturers, feed operations (calf milk replacers) and any buyer wanting milk solids without the fat. Low-heat, medium-heat and high-heat grades available per application.
Anhydrous Milk Fat (AMF, also Butter Oil) is the concentrated butterfat product used by chocolate manufacturers, bakery industries, ice-cream plants and recombined-butter producers who need a long-shelf-life, temperature-stable ingredient. We contract to Codex-referenced specifications with temperature-controlled transit logging.
Sweet whey powder is used in confectionery, bakery, beverage blending, animal-feed and infant-formula inputs. We source sweet whey (SWP), whey protein concentrates (WPC 34 / WPC 80) and demineralised whey (D40 / D90) where the buyer's specification calls for it.
