Our supplier relationships sit across the agricultural and mineral lines. Volumes range from single-truck parcels to seasonal programmes.
The same four stages for every supplier, regardless of jurisdiction. Documentary requirements differ by track — Annex A (Zimbabwe) or Annex B (Regional) — see below.
Send the supplier vetting questionnaire, company registration, directors' IDs and a short list of the commodities and volumes you can supply. Email trade@aycascommodities.com or use the enquiry form.
AYCAS runs sanctions screening, verifies registrations with the relevant registry (CIPZ for Zimbabwe; CIPC for South Africa; equivalents for Zambia and Malawi), checks tax clearance and takes up references. Typical turnaround: five working days.
Zimbabwean suppliers contract on a domestic supply agreement (ex-farm or delivered-to-mill). Regional suppliers contract on GAFTA paper with Incoterms 2020 (FOB origin, CFR Zimbabwe border or DAP). Either way — familiar, enforceable terms.
SGS / Bureau Veritas / Intertek inspection at loading. Weighbridge at origin and again at delivery. Payment per the contract schedule — USD via FCA for Zimbabwean suppliers; ZAR or cross-border remittance for regional suppliers, with AYCAS handling the RBZ CD1 on the import side.
The vetting questionnaire has two annexes. You complete the one that applies to where you are registered and operating.
Every supplier is paid against the contractual schedule. We don't stretch suppliers to fund the buy-side of the trade. If payment slips, we tell you before it does.
AYCAS contracts against firm buyer offtake. We don't accumulate supply we haven't placed.
A named trader handles your account — from first enquiry to final payment. No round-robin of relationship managers.
If a consignment fails spec we say so, document it and settle per contract. No silent docking, no unexplained deductions.
Download the supplier vetting questionnaire and return it with certified supporting documents. Or start with a short note telling us what you grow, mine or produce, and the volumes you can commit.
